Design
We’ll present a complete design proposal which you can review and feedback on. The design will be refined to improve it further until you’re satisfied.
Proofreading
We always double-check materials, but it’s possible that both of us overlook something small. We can work with meticulous proofreaders who will catch even one comma that’s in the wrong place.
Final Files and Printing
We’ll provide the final item in the file formats you need, including digital or print. If you’ll be printing, we can handle this for you – so you can just relax and wait for the box to arrive.

Yes. Of course, you need to tell us about what you want to say, but once we’ve got the idea and key points we can take it from there to craft clear and effective content. You can review and amend what we write, and of course get the final signoff.
Absolutely. We can provide different versions, such as a low-filesize PDF for emailing, medium filesize for web download, and high-quality version for printing.
If there’s an urgent deadline, we can turn projects around in 1–2 days. However, if you can allow more time (e.g. 1–2 weeks) then both of us can review, revise and improve the output without rushing toward a final delivery.
